Homes for San Diegans Proposal to Move Forward

The San Diego City Council approved the ‘Homes for San Diegans' proposal, officially allowing the measure to be included in the Nov. 3 general election ballot. The measure will ask San Diego voters to approve a housing bond that would create over 7,500 homes for people experiencing homelessness.
