Ricardo Flores, executive director of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) - San Diego, argues that a comprehensive solution to address housing inequality should include making capital for affordable housing more accessible, addressing zoning issues, and adopting sensible public policy efforts, such as Measure A, that aim to create hundreds of affordable homes for low-income households.
